One subscription = one learner. Parent Hub lives inside the learner's account, protected by the Parent PIN.
Secure web payments use PayFast. Plus and Pro are monthly recurring subscriptions. Payment details are entered only on PayFast’s hosted checkout.
For a learner under 18, a responsible parent or guardian must purchase and manage any paid subscription. A learner aged 18 or older may manage their own subscription after age confirmation. Prices are in South African rand and paid plans are intended to renew monthly, subject to the purchase disclosure and applicable law.
