Choose the correct grade, subject and language. AI answers can be wrong; check important schoolwork with a teacher and official CAPS material. Do not use Rookwise for emergencies or professional advice.

Parent Hub V1 is a guardian view inside the learner's account. It uses a separate PIN and temporary unlock session. PIN reset by email is not yet available; contact support for a controlled reset. Parent Hub is not intended to expose every raw learner conversation.

Free is R0, Plus is R119/month and Pro is R179/month. Live PayFast checkout and online provider cancellation are not yet available. No payment is taken from the unavailable checkout page. For a learner under 18, billing must be managed by a responsible parent or guardian.

Manage age information and start a deletion request in Settings after signing in. The public account-deletion page explains the process.
